This feature allows you to extract your mileage expenses and export it either to excel/pdf or both.

How it works
To request an extract, you need to provide the following details.
1. Select a from and to date
These dates refer to the expense line dates and not your expense create dates
2. Select mileage types
Use this to indicate whether you require mileage only from EMX weekly reports, or normal expense reports. You can select both if required.
3. Export Options
Use this to indicate whether you want your mileage extracts to export to excel, or pdf. You can select both if required
Finally, click on the "Extract Data" button to initiate your request.

Accessing your Extracts
Requested extracts will show up in a list for you to view and download
The list will show the from and to date that you requested
Depending on the dates selected, as well as the export options, the extract could take some time to complete. Refer to the status often, until it is completed.
When an extract is completed, you can click on the pdf/excel icons to download your exports
You can refresh your extracts regularly if you are waiting for them to complete.
